As demand for biomass and especially bioils has siginficantly
increased, merapi has
expanded into the field of liquid biomass production. Currently we are active in
cultivating Palm Oil and Jatrophia in various places all over Indonesia.
In general vegetable oils like Palm Oil, Soy Bean Oil, Rapseed
Oil, etc. are nowadays
most widely used for biomass renewable energy projects. These Biooils are easy to
grow, store, transport, process and can utilized existing motor/power plant
technology and infrastructure. They can be used either unprocessed in power plants
or as biodiesel in existing diesel engines.
All our plantation projects are carried out in cooperation with
leading professional
companies and/or research institutes. We are actively participating in developing new
high-yield crops and agricultural technologies. Furthermore, all our projects are
carried out in accordance with ecological and sustainable principles.
