Adolf Schnorr GmbH & Co. KG, an old-established company with headquarters in Sindelfingen, has commissioned proALPHA to implement a new business solution. In the future, 96 users will use the complete ERP solution proALPHA extensively.
For Schnorr, the final decision for the choice of the new ERP solution was made during the proALPHA APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) conference in Stuttgart by the end of last year. “The frankness of the speakers – proALPHA users and member of the board Werner Ernst - convinced us. After this event we were sure that proALPHA and the new planning approach would be the right solution for us,” says Dieter Girrbach, managing director at Schnorr’s. Adolf Schnorr intends to continuously increase the power and performance of the company.
The inclusion of existing subsidiaries in Germany and abroad by means of intercompany features contributed considerably to the decision for proALPHA. In the future even more subsidiaries are to be linked to the central system and controlled via intercompany.
Looking back on a long tradition of manufacturing, Adolf Schnorr is in the market for 98 years. The company supplies high-quality products to serve different purposes in the application of disk springs, joining techniques and screw locking devices. As a reliable system supplier, Schnorr closely works together with well-known industrial businesses and multi-national companies in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. |
